Adding or Removing Properties in the App: A Guide

This article explains how to add a property to Flair Connect and how to schedule a cancellation: all from the app. You’ll also see what emails you’ll receive at each step.

Onboarding a Property

1. Open Properties

  • Go to: https://app.getflair.io/properties

  • Click Create Property

2. Complete the Form

  • Enter property details (name, address, website, main line)

  • Select integrations you want enabled (e.g., Google Ads, Google Business Profile)

  • Add a scheduled start date

  • Include notes (anything your team or ours should know to ensure a smooth setup)


3. What Happens Next

  • Our team reviews the submission and will reach out if anything’s missing

  • You’ll receive:

    • A Google Ads access request (from our MCC) to approve

    • A request to add the provided Google Business Profile (GBP) Manager ID to your GBP (so we can sync pricing)

4. Email Confirmations

  • Submission received: You’ll get a confirmation immediately after you submit the form

  • Property live: You’ll get a second email on the day the property goes live


Offboarding a Property

  1. Open Properties

  • Go to: https://app.getflair.io/properties

  • Find the property to offboard and click the three dots (⋯) on the far right


2. Schedule Cancellation

  • Click Schedule Cancellation

  • Pick a cancellation date (requires at least 1 business day notice; same-day not supported)

  • Click Confirm

    3. Email Confirmations

  • Request received: You’ll get a confirmation that we’ve queued the cancellation

  • Offboarding complete: You’ll get a confirmation on the effective date once integrations are turned off


What to Expect (At a Glance)

  • Onboarding: submit → approve Google Ads access → add GBP Manager ID → go live → email confirmation

  • Offboarding: schedule cancellation (≥1 business day out) → queued → integrations disabled on selected date → email confirmation


Tips & Common Questions

  • Can I change the go-live date after submitting?
    Yes—reply to the submission confirmation email or contact support; we’ll adjust the date.

  • What if I don’t see the Google Ads access request?
    Check the admin email on the ad account (and spam). If needed, contact support to resend.

  • GBP access step
    You’ll receive a GBP Manager ID from us. Add it as a Manager to the correct GBP listing so Flair can sync pricing.
