How to Configure Flair to Receive Inbound Call Data from Knock

To ensure Flair captures and analyzes every inbound call, you must update your Knock CRM Prospect Destination numbers so they route through your Flair-assigned tracking number. Follow the steps below for each property.

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Knock Admin

Sign in with your Knock admin account.


2. Locate the Property You Want to Update

You'll see a list of all properties.

For the property you're updating:

  • Click the down arrow (▾) next to the property name to expand its sources.

This reveals the list of all tracking sources for that property.


3. Edit Each Source’s Prospect Destination Number

For every source listed:

  1. Click the Prospect Destination phone number.

  2. A settings panel will open.

  3. In the Prospect: field, replace the existing number with your Flair-assigned tracking number.

  4. Click Save.

Repeat this for each source associated with that property.



📌 Important Notes

  • Use the exact Flair number provided to you by your Flair implementation manager.

  • Updating the Prospect Destination ensures all inbound calls route through Flair first.

  • Routing through Flair maintains the same agent experience—calls still reach your onsite team normally.

  • Flair will now provide:

    • Call recording

    • AI transcript

    • Caller type classification

    • Call insights

    • Full Call Intelligence reporting
