To set up Dialer at your community, please see the steps below (this takes about 5 minutes/property)
Provide Flair with the direct phone number for the community
Add your Flair email address as an additional lead destination across all of your lead sources such as your property website and ILSs.
Flair won’t go live until after the training call, but ensuring step 2 is complete before the training call allows us to go live most efficiently.
What happens next?
Flair will initiate a test at your community to ensure it’s working as expected
Flair will then schedule a training call for the onsite leasing team
