Connecting Your Google Business Profile to FlairConnect
Sync live pricing and create automated GBP posts directly from your Flair dashboard.
📋 Overview
FlairConnect allows you to connect your Google Business Profile (GBP) to sync real-time pricing for unit-level product cards, and (optionally) post live specials as automated GBP posts. This guide walks you through how to connect GBP for both use cases.
🔍 Two GBP Connections Flair Supports
Use Case | Purpose |
Live Pricing (Product Cards) | Sync floorplan pricing and availability |
GBP Posts (Specials) | Publish special offers as posts on GBP |
You can enable either or both — depending on your goals.
🛠️ Step 1: Connect GBP for Live Pricing (Product Cards)
What You’ll Need:
Access to your Google Business Profile Manager
Your Location Group ID (provided by your FlairConnect CSM)
How to Connect:
Log in at business.google.com
Select the business location you want to connect
Click the three-dot menu > Business Profile Settings
Go to Managers
Click Add, then choose Business Group
Enter the Location Group ID provided by FlairConnect
Click Invite
✅ Once accepted, FlairConnect will begin syncing pricing daily to your GBP product cards.
🛠️ Step 2: Connect GBP for Automated Posts (Optional)
This allows FlairConnect to post your specials directly to your GBP profile.
How to Enable:
Log in to FlairConnect
Select your property
Navigate to Integrations > Google My Business
Click Connect Account
Follow the prompts to:
Sign in with your Google account
Grant Flair permission to manage your GBP
Verify the connection is active
✅ Once enabled, Flair will publish posts based on approved specials.
🔍 How to Verify Your Connection
In FlairConnect, go to your property
Click Integrations
Look for Google Business Profile
Confirm status shows Active (green indicator)
If you see a warning, click Troubleshoot or contact support.
