Choose the property you want to shop
Click the “Call” button in your browser
Flair will initiate a call to the community phone number you provided
The call will appear to come from the secret shop prospect’s phone number (the same one Flair generated)
🎙 Is the Call Recorded?
✅ Yes! The entire call is:
Recorded
Stored
Logged in the Activity Log under that secret shop session
You can review it anytime to evaluate how the call was handled.
