No, you cannot.

Flairโ€™s secret shopper tool is designed to simulate a one-way mystery prospect. While we track how your leasing team responds across email, text, and phone, the secret shopper cannot reply to those follow-ups.

  • Submit the prospect info via an ILS or website form
