How to Add the Flair Email in Entrata
Here’s how to do it:
Step-by-Step Instructions
Go to Property Settings
Navigate to:
Setup > PropertiesSelect the property you want to edit
Open Communication Settings
Click on the Communication tab
Then go to:
Notification Recipients
Add Flair Email as a Recipient
Click the + Add Recipient button (top right corner)
Enter the Flair email (e.g., yourproperty@emails.getflair.io)
Assign the email to the following message types:
LC Guest Card EmailNew Guest Cards from Site TabletProspect Portal Contact Forms
It should look like this:
Click Save
