How to add the Flair Assigned Number as your Office Number
Log In to your Entrata Account
Setup (Gear Icon on the right) > Properties
Select the Property
Primary Property Email Address > View Settings > Edit Phone Numbers
Replace Office Phone Number with Flair Assigned Number
Send/Confirm this number to/with Matt (Flair Assigned Numbers will still be forwarding to this number)
How to Add email address as secondary recipient so Flair also captures the lead for Call Automation:
Marketing (At the top)
Lead Sources
Select the lead source (click on pencil - right hand side) and add Flair provided email address in "Notification Email Forwarding Address"
