Apartments.com requires support assistance to modify lead destinations. To ensure Flair is added without disrupting your CRM, follow the steps below.
Steps to Add Flair:
Email: support@apartments.com
Include the following details in your request:
Property name(s)
Flair lead email address (e.g., yourproperty@emails.getflair.io)
A request note such as:
“Please add this email as an additional lead destination. Do not remove or replace any existing lead routing or CRM integrations. Ensure True Leads is enabled.”
Notes:
Apartments.com allows up to six email lead destinations per property.
Make sure your existing CRM and marketing emails remain in place.
