Step 1: Get Your Flair Email Address
Your Flair representative will send you the Flair forwarding email for your property Keep your CRM email handy — this remains the primary contact email
Step 2: Contact Your Zillow Representative or
rentalfeeds@zillow.com
Reach out to your assigned Zillow rep and request the following updates:
Add Flair as an additional contact email
Keep your CRM email as the primary contact email.
Add your Flair email as the additional contact email.
Enable text-only (plaintext) email delivery
This ensures Flair can parse and process incoming Zillow leads without formatting issues.
Here’s a sample request you can copy and send to your Zillow rep:
“Hi [Rep Name], can you please update our lead delivery settings? We’d like to keep [CRM email] as our primary contact email but also add [Flair email] as an additional contact email. We also need to ensure leads are sent in plaintext (text-only) format. Thank you!”
Step 3: Verify the Setup
After Zillow confirms the update:
Submit a test lead through your Zillow listing.
Check that:
The lead still flows into your CRM.
The lead is also delivered to Flair and triggers a call.
