Setting Up Flair with Apartment List

To connect Flair with Apartment List, you’ll need to work with Apartment List’s Client Services team.

Step 1: Get Your Flair Email Address

Your Flair representative will send you the Flair forwarding email for your property

Keep your CRM email handy — this remains the primary contact email.

Step 2: Contact Apartment List Client Services

Reach out to Apartment List’s Client Services team at clientservices@apartmentlist.com and request the following updates:

  1. Add Flair as an additional contact email

    • Keep your CRM email as the primary contact email.

    • Add your Flair email as the additional contact email.

  2. Confirm lead delivery settings

    • Ask them to confirm that both the CRM and Flair will receive leads moving forward.

Here’s a sample request you can copy and send:

“Hi Apartment List Team, can you please update our lead delivery settings? We’d like to keep [CRM email] as our primary contact email but also add [Flair email] as an additional contact email. Please confirm both will receive leads moving forward. Thank you!”

Step 3: Verify the Setup

Once Apartment List confirms the update:

  • Submit a test lead through your Apartment List listing.

  • Check that:

    • The lead still flows into your CRM.

    • The lead is also delivered to Flair and triggers a call.
